I liked stunning views!

The service was terrific in my opinion. The room was a nice size and well-equipped and kept losing the internet connection so the children could n't watch the tv. The staff was efficient, excellent.

Great and amazing food. Very helpful, superfriendly staff, particularly good location so close to a supermarket as well as Marokapo falls, Waitomo Marakopa and Kawhia.

We think that for Te Kuiti it was good value. The property is absolutely great and the staff is EXCELLENT.

The hotel had a lovely, cozy ambience with beautiful decorations that reminded me of my grandmother's home. The general areas were well maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and chatting with fellow travelers. I also appreciated the spacious and accessible layout, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around comfortably.

I would have loved if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance for us senior guests. Maybe some extra help with our luggage or offering a helping hand when needed.

Competent and reasonably good people.

Great value for money and brand-new room with bathrooms, vaulted ceiling, a large comfy king bed. Comfortable and handy location, important to be close to family living in the area. Near Waitomo Caves and other local attractions as well as the state highway and the train tracks...

The venue was set in the central position short walk to trains from 3am, and the super market and service station. Hotel's staff were really helpful and efficient.

Waitomo Lodge is a charming retreat with friendly staff who can arrange tours. I loved the barbecue lunch in the garden and the location is perfect for exploring the area.

Oh, and let's not forget the absolutely delightful train behind the lodge. The constant noise and vibrations were just what I needed for a peaceful night's sleep.

The value for money at Waitomo Lodge was great - spacious room, comfy bed, and free Netflix & Sky! The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The hotel was in a magnificent location not far from the river, Marokapo falls, Waitomo Marakopa and Kawhia and the stream. Besides, Te Kuiti Museum & Gallery was 2 km away from the property.

Possibly the best and very positive stay on road trip. Marvellous, excellent location right next to railway line. And just off the trucks or trains passing by, train tracks on one side and downtown and attractions.

I think it was good value. The hotel was really close to the train tracks at the back of the property, Marokapo falls and township thanks to its particularly good and perfect location.

Quite comfortable overall experience. Absolutely great place to stay while travelling around Te Kuiti.

All in all it was good value, had a real good stay for 2 nights. The accommodation had a central location too close to railway.

The location it has right by 4 trains passing close by in middle of night, the caves and the Kiwi Hoise and the super market and service station is excellent and handy. The studio suite overlooks the river and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.
